All bookings must be made through the EuroTrav website or our official communication channels. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. A booking is considered confirmed only after EuroTrav receives the required deposit or full payment and sends a confirmation email to the customer.
Tour prices are listed in Euros (€) and include only what is specified in the tour description. Prices may vary depending on group size, season, or special offers. EuroTrav reserves the right to adjust prices in case of unforeseen increases in costs, such as fuel, transport fees, or entrance charges. Customers will be notified of any significant price changes before completing payment.
Participants must complete full payment using one of the methods offered on the EuroTrav website to secure their seats. All payments must be made in Euros (€), and EuroTrav cannot be held responsible for any transfer fees. The total tour amount must be paid in full.
After full payment is received, seat confirmation depends on bus availability. We highly recommend early registration and payment to guarantee your spot. Once your booking is confirmed, EuroTrav will send you a reservation number, which must be either printed or shown on your mobile device during the trip. Our coordinators will check this number before boarding; if there are any issues with the reservation number or other required documents, EuroTrav reserves the right to cancel participation.
Installment payments are generally not accepted. In rare exceptions, installment arrangements must be explicitly stated in your booking confirmation, and all payments must be completed by the agreed-upon dates. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the loss of your reservation.
If a participant cancels according to our cancellation policy, any eligible refund will be processed within two business days.

EuroTrav reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodation, transportation, or other arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or operational requirements.
In the event of significant changes, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund if the changes are not acceptable.
If a participant wishes to make changes to their booking, such as transferring their place to another person or switching to a different tour, they must notify EuroTrav in writing as soon as possible. All changes are subject to availability and approval.
EuroTrav will make every effort to accommodate requests; however, additional administrative or service fees may apply depending on the nature of the change. If a change cannot be arranged, the original booking and cancellation policy will remain in effect.
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date received by EuroTrav. Cancellation charges apply as follows, based on the total tour price:
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals at departure points.
EuroTrav reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
Force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, or other events that make tour operation impossible or unsafe.
Each participant is allowed to bring one luggage and one hand luggage. Exceptions may be made when appropriate and agreed upon with EuroTrav in advance.
Luggage stored in the bus carriage will not be accessible during the journey and can only be retrieved upon arrival at the accommodation. Any issues or damages resulting from ignoring this rule will be the responsibility of the participant.
Participants may leave their belongings in the bus during the trip; however, passports, travel documents, electronics, money, and other valuables should be kept with you at all times. EuroTrav cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Animals, dangerous goods, or illegal items are strictly prohibited on all trips. Any consequences of carrying such items will be borne solely by the participant.
Participants are fully responsible for any forgotten, lost, or damaged belongings during the trip.
Tours operate with a minimum of 20 passengers and a maximum no-limit of passengers. EuroTrav reserves the right to cancel tours that do not meet the minimum passenger requirement, with full refund provided.
Departure times and meeting points will be confirmed in your final travel documents. Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time.
All tours are accompanied by professional, English-speaking tour guides who are knowledgeable about the destinations and provide assistance throughout the journey.
Tour guides are trained in first aid and emergency procedures. In case of medical emergencies, they will coordinate with local medical services and your travel insurance provider.
Participants should be in good health and able to walk moderate distances. Some tours involve walking tours and sightseeing that may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.
Passengers with special medical requirements must inform EuroTrav at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate special needs, some limitations may apply.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some tours may have minimum age requirements for safety reasons.
Families with young children are welcome, but parents are responsible for their children's behavior and safety throughout the tour.
EuroTrav does not provide participants with any form of travel insurance. We strongly recommend that all participants arrange their own insurance that covers medical expenses, accidents, loss of belongings, trip cancellation, and other travel-related risks.
A travel cancellation insurance may come into effect if you unexpectedly fall seriously ill and are unable to start your trip. However, it does not apply if you simply decide to withdraw for personal reasons, such as fear of infection.
If you become ill during the trip, an international health insurance can cover treatment costs and, if necessary, return transport. Cancellation insurance may also apply if the German Federal Foreign Office issues a travel warning (e.g., due to Covid-19) before the trip begins. Please note that cancellations for other reasons not covered by your policy will not be eligible.

All passengers must carry valid travel documents, including passports and visas where required. It is your responsibility to ensure all documents are valid for the duration of your tour and meet entry requirements for all countries visited.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of your tour. Non-EU citizens should check visa requirements for all countries on the itinerary.
Entry requirements vary by nationality and destination. EU citizens can travel freely within the Schengen area. Non-EU citizens may require visas for certain destinations.
EuroTrav can provide general information about visa requirements but cannot guarantee visa approval. We recommend consulting with the relevant embassies or consulates for the most current information.

Personal information collected includes names, contact details, passport information, dietary requirements, and special needs. This information is used solely for tour arrangements and emergency contact purposes.

It is the responsibility of each participant to carry all necessary travel documents at all times, including a valid passport, visa, travel insurance, and any other required documents. If a participant's documents are incomplete or invalid, EuroTrav is not responsible for departure delays or cancellations.
Participants must be present at the designated meeting point and time communicated via email and/or social media before each trip. EuroTrav is not obligated to wait for late participants. All participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Missing the bus or arriving late does not entitle participants to a refund.
Participants are required to follow the instructions and announcements made by EuroTrav coordinators throughout the trip. Being late to meeting points or buses during the trip is the responsibility of the participant, and EuroTrav is not liable for any resulting issues.
While EuroTrav team members are available to support participants, travelers are ultimately responsible for their own activities during free time. Guided tours or group activities must be attended as instructed, while other activities are optional and at the participant's own discretion. Participants must inform EuroTrav in advance about any physical conditions or special requirements.
EuroTrav is not responsible for personal belongings. Participants agree that they are fully responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
For safety reasons, EuroTrav staff may adjust itineraries or take precautionary measures when necessary. All participants are required to respect these decisions.
All participants must comply with these Terms & Conditions, the laws of the countries visited, and customs regulations throughout the trip. In cases of serious misbehavior or violation of rules, EuroTrav reserves the right to terminate the participant's trip without refund. Any costs of return travel will be borne by the participant.
By joining a EuroTrav trip, participants agree that group photos and videos may be taken during the journey and may be used by EuroTrav for promotional purposes (website, flyers, and social media). If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us before the trip and avoid entering the frame.
Change of Departure Point: If fewer than 10 participants register from a departure city, EuroTrav reserves the right to cancel that departure point. In such cases, participants will be notified at least 2 days before departure and offered a ticket from the closest available departure city.
Disturbance by Traveler: EuroTrav aims to provide a friendly and respectful environment for all participants. If a participant disturbs the trip or others and fails to stop after warnings, EuroTrav reserves the right to remove that participant from the trip immediately. Any related costs will be the responsibility of the participant.
EuroTrav cannot be held responsible for changes in the itinerary caused by weather conditions or environmental factors. Participants do not have the right to cancel or request a refund due to weather-related disruptions. Decisions regarding cancellations, delays, or changes due to weather will be made solely by EuroTrav, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our participants.
EuroTrav is also not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by customs procedures, political events, strikes, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or other force majeure circumstances beyond our control.
Additionally, EuroTrav cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic jams, mechanical issues, or other conditions directly related to the journey. In such cases, our team will take all reasonable steps to minimize inconvenience to participants.
